The old max is from the end of January but we were on vacation for most of February and then I was in a boot for 3 weeks. I am hoping to make it through the next 6 weeks without breaks. So as some of you may know your body gets used to what you are doing so the workout that my brother gave to me changes every 2 weeks and is a 6 week program. So starting Monday will be the start of my new 6 weeks. So....

Excercise schedule for the Next 2 weeks

Mon and Thur
Warm up- 10-15 min of warm up cardio
Lower Body: 55 % of Max, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Abs: Standing abs and Medicine Ball exercises at home
Cardio : 45 min- hour of Bike

Tue and Fri
Warm up- 10-15 min of warm up cardio
Upper Body: 55% of Max, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Abs: Sitting abs, planks, leg throws, & in and outs
Cardio: 20 min on arm bike, and 25-40 min on tredmill

Wed and Sat
Cardio Days: Elliptical for hour - 1.5 hours and Exercise Video

I am going to be strict on my workout and staying within my calories.

Accomplishments: I lifted more than I thought that I would be able to and 30 min on Elliptical 3610 strides.

What is next: workout on Monday and establishing rates, intensity for cardio to make it easier to track and push myself more.

Words of encouragement: if any of you want to lose weight also. This will be a new spot I will but my words of advise to you when I post. So if my workout looks like too much for you remember I did not start here. I started working out 15-30 on a tredmill m-f at a speed of 2 and incline of 0 because I was in bed for 3 months for both of my kids ( 6 months out of a 24 month period). Find what works for you and then built upon it as you get stronger.
